Have you ever heard the story about the invention of a carburetor that would increase gas mileage to one hundred miles per gallon? How about the process of turning gasoline into vapor to increase mileage by 100%?

Are these true? I don’t know, but I do know if they did exist they would’ve never hit the market. Why?

It was no accident I started the book with the statement, “The offer is one hundred million dollars.”  Who among us could say no to that?  It is so expensive to bring an idea to market, not to mention the tremendous work involved.  I’m an American, I’m not against capitalism but I am against slavery.  Our country has allowed us to become enslaved by BIG OIL.  Through the pages of The Take-us I used fiction  to demonstrate the depth of the problem surrounding us.

Is there a solution? Yes, I believe there is.

Will it come from big business or government? No, I don’t think so. Both are parts of the problem, extremely corrupted by all the money that big oil spreads around. I believe the solution will come from us. Yes, you and me and those that want the ongoing hatred, death and enslavement to end.

I am proposing a contest to the first person or group to do what happened in the book.  To travel from New York City to San Francisco with out using any gasoline or recharging, maintaining open highway speeds as well as slow city speeds. The auto must take the same route as the Take-Us traveling over steep mountain passes and deserts.  I the author, along with a film crew will be riding in the auto every mile of the journey. (see contest rules)

In order for this to happen, we must be able to compete with the entities that have stopped all progress in its tracks.  I have established a trust fund and am seeking donations from individuals, organizations,  companies and corporations.  I will not accept donations from government agencies.

I have begun to actively engage many companies and corporations and will begin listing those who have pledged to begin the fight to take back our freedom. Let’s not kid ourselves we need a lot of money to make this happen.

I wouldn’t ask anybody to do something I wouldn’t do myself.  I am going to donate a portion of the sales price of each book sold to “The Take-Us Freedom Fund.”

Let me reiterate one last time.  The only way we are going to see change, is for “We the People” to do it ourselves.
